prayer

The Bible says, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." - Philippians 4:6-7

We have corporate prayer together every Sunday morning at 9:45 a.m. in Porscha's Place at our building. Please join us!

If you are in need of prayer, please visit our prayer requests page here or email info@strongtowerawp.com. Our prayer team will be praying for your requests.

men's ministry

Our men's ministry is committed to being authentic, hungry for God's word, combatting sin, courageous in our homes, engaging in our community and fervent in our prayers. We want to see men of all ages sharpening one another to be all Christ desires for us to be.

women's ministry

"mosaic"

A MOSAIC is a work of art that fits together multiple pieces of colored glass which is analogous to the church's effort to assemble women of different backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities and social economic status to see CHRIST as their common thread.

Our goal and vision is to see the women of Washington Park and beyond walking confidently in the truths that we're ALL God's workmanship- a piece of beautiful art- God's MOSAIC -displaying His beauty, in our homes, on our jobs, in our church and in our communities! Our desire is for women everywhere to know they are loved, valued and significant outside and within the church.

MOSAIC currently meets every second Monday night of the month in host homes during the fall and spring.

nursery

Children ages six months to four years old are welcome to attend nursery during the sermon portion of the worship service. They will enjoy snacks, games and Bible study while being cared for

by church members.

youth ministry "iENGauge"
